House or accommodation in Kutchan, Niseko, Hirafu area, Hanazono area, and Annupuri area.
DELIVERY TIME
10：00〜19：00 / *Same-day delivery order accept until 6pm.Irregular holidays

DELIVERY FEE
Free delivery for purchases of ¥ 11,000 (including tax) or more. For purchases of less than ¥ 11,000 (including tax), ¥ 2,200 will be charged as a delivery fee.If we are unable to deliver the items at the requested date and time due to the customer not being present or prior arrangement made with your accommodation reception, we will charge a delivery fee of ¥4,400 for re-delivery.
PAYMENT
Payment needs to be done by cash or credit card on the delivery. *Pre-payment is available when you know the wines you want to order.

Based on the information provided in the order form, LINE, Instagram DM or WhatsApp, the sommelier will visit your home or accommodation with some suitable wines for you to choose.

The sommelier will explain the wines and suggest several bottles to you. You can choose the wines you would like and purchase them at your home or accommodation entrance.
We are also able to deliver Beer, Whisky,
Japanese sake, Umeshu, Yuzushu, Gin
and other sprits with 7days advanced order.

A JSA-certified sommelier will visit you at your home or accommodation to offer you some wines to enjoy.

You can order from on-the-day delivery, so feel free to order your wine from home or accommodation as relaxing.

- Delivery date / time
The delivery will be the same day, the following day, or after your submitted order form. The day and the time may adjusted if the requested time is unavailable.

- Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations etc
We are not able to accept cancellations after payment. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged or flawed.
*Drinking alcohol by persons under 20 years old is prohibited in Japan. *We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years old. *Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited in Japan. *Drinking alcohol during pregnancy and lactation may adversely affect the development of the preborn child and infant.
